  • Verantwortung für hochkomplexe Java EE-Entwicklungsprojekte für internationalen Kunden

  • Zuständigkeit für den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess unter Windows und Unix vom Entwurf bis zur Implementierung

  • Leitung eines Teams von bis zu 10 Mitarbeitern und Funktion als Kommunikationsschnittstelle zu den technisch sehr versierten Kunden

  • Management des zeit- und kostenoptimalen Einsatzes von Ressourcen innerhalb des Teams

  • Direkte Berichterstattung an die Geschäftsführung


Job Requirements
  • Abgeschlossenes (informations-)technisches Hochschulstudium

  • Fundierte Berufserfahrung in der Softwareentwicklung mit Java

  • Gute Kenntnisse von Methoden und Konzepten des professionellen Software-Engineerings

  • Fundierte Projektleitungserfahrung mit Führungsverantwortung, im Java EE Application Server-Umfeld sowie den gängigen Internettechnologien

  • Erfahrungen mit den gängigen Frameworks, wie z. B. Struts, JSF, Spring, Hibernate

  • Praktische Erfahrung mit Entwicklungswerkzeugen wie Hudson, Maven, PMD, Sonar, JIRA ist wünschenswert

  • Zusätzliche Erfahrungen im Bankenumfeld wären wünschenswert

  • Einwandfreies Auftreten und überdurchschnittliches Kommunikationsvermögen im Austausch mit teilweise internationalen Kunden

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
